  3. Here are two games in Smart-Go format that seemed worthy
  4. of posting. One game is where a 15 year-old Shodan, (Kurotaki),
  5. wins by resignation playing as White against a 9-dan (Kanoo).
  6. It was played sometime in April 1991.
  7. It begins with a diagonal fuseki but rapidly develops into
  8. a lot of fighting.

  10. The other game is a 9-stone handicap game where 
  11. Black plays very solidly:
  12. Takemiya is White, giving a 9-stone handicap to Sugiyama (Keiko?).
  13. She, (Sugiyama) wins the game by resignation against Takemiya,
  14. and she is apparently a 24 year-old amateur.
  15. I think it was played sometime in January 1991.
  16. I also think my source indicates her being
  17. something like a Miss Japan representative in 1988, but
  18. I'm not sure if I'm interpreting things right.
